As a financial services representative, you will have the chance to witness the long-term impact of your work, both professionally and personally, alongside your clients. Your earnings are within your control, as we offer a commission-based payment structure that allows you to determine your income. We provide a 1st Year Activity Stipend of up to 26,000. In 2022, our 12,000 agents earned an average of $124,000. Your salary will reflect your performance, with additional benefits such as healthcare, dental, vision, a 401(k), and a pension. Responsibilities:• Service your book of business to maintain the client's financial plan• Network in the community to educate people on our products and services• Learn sound prospecting methods• Expand your network through proven name-gathering strategies• Attend training and development courses• Maintain valid North Carolina Life and Health Licenses• Obtain more licenses to grow your business (SIE, S6 or S7, & S63)• Work with businesses, families, and individuals Qualifications:Have the following attributes:• Resilience• Coachable• Goal-Oriented• Driven• Ability to connect with others well• Willingness to complete a self-paced training program Compensation: $70,000 - $124,800 at plan yearly About Company: As a mutual company, with no investors or outside owners, New York Life Charlotte General Office is uniquely aligned with our client's interests and priorities.
