Service and Repair Technician

Position Details: --- Title: Technician, Service & Repairs --- Location: Mansfield, MA --- Shift: M-F 6a-2:30p --- Compensation: $30-$35/hr (OT Eligible) --- Benefits: MED/DEN 80% company paid, PTO, 401K, Profit share, and much more! --- Travel: None Position Description: Responsibilities include: --- Primary focus of this role will be to Troubleshoot, Tests, Calibrate, and Repair electrical, electromechanical systems for conformance to established standards. --- The secondary focus is on updating documentation primarily used by the end user. This documentation includes calibration, field upgrade procedures and other service-related documents. --- Perform all troubleshooting and provide technical support and provide guidance to coordinate correction of problems with equipment and/or processes. Requirements: --- Advanced Technical education in electronics technology (preferred). --- Minimum of 3 years experience in a lead role as well as ability to train and coach employees. --- Focus on the quality of the product being produced. --- Knowledge of analog, digital/microprocessor theory and refrigeration theory and pneumatics. --- Understanding of electrical and electronic testing and test equipment. --- Proficient in the use of schematics, blueprints, diagrams & work instructions. --- Ability to use a variety of test equipment, calibration equipment and hand tools. --- Excellent interpersonal skills/communication skills, ability to work effectively and efficiently. --- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time effectively & efficiently. --- Due to ITAR regulations, candidate must be a US citizen, permanent resident or protected status.
