Bring your ambition to the table as we unlock new doors together, taking your career to the next level.Bring your experience and be empowered to innovate.As a Sure Start Business Coach on the Window Genie team, a typical day for you will include: * Collaborating with management to design impactful training programs and resources for new owners. * Delivering engaging training sessions and coaching, covering software, brand standards, sales, customer service, and more. * Ensuring thorough documentation and support every step of the way, from pre-opening logistics to successful store debut. * Assisting in setting first-year goals, track progress, and celebrate milestones alongside each franchisee. * Managing the FranConnect portal and develop eLearning modules to equip owners and their teams with ongoing knowledge. * Facilitating transitions between training phases and connect franchisees with their ongoing Business Coach seamlessly.
