(assembly, disassembling, and cleaning). You can also expect to:--- Be on your feet the full shift and lift up to 50 lbs regularly--- Work on the production floor which will include exposure to food plant cleaning and sanitation chemicals, cold (40 degrees) and a wet working environment.--- Identify and remove defective products--- PPE Provided--Required SkillsQualifications:----To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.Must possess skills to complete OSI paperworkAbility to lead by example and motivate the hourly workforceGood problem identification and problem solving skillsAbility to read and interpret product specificationsMust function well under stress; must have flexibility to work where and when needed.
