Job Title: Maintenance Operative Salary: 28k - 34k HOURS - 40HRS- 5/7 days- weekend and shift working TEAM - 1 OPERATIVE, 1 MANAGER (REPLACEMENT) BENEFITS - Gym membership 28 days holiday. Birthday day off. Discounts at associated franchises. Staff socials. Onsite Parking. Ideal for candidate to drive - as onsite role - needs to be comfortable with shift rota and weekend work. Must Haves: The ideal candidate would have Pool Plant Operators Qualification as well as a bias for electrical trade but not essential. Min 1 years experience in similar role. Driving Licence - Local to site. Comfortable with working shift rota - 2 in 4 weekend days potentially. Preferred Skills: High levels of attention to detail, the ability to think methodically, prioritization skills, good communication skills; both internally and with suppliers and third parties. Physically fit enough to be able to undertake arduous or difficult tasks (lifting and carrying work will be involved). Be always well-presented and polite to members and staff and able to work as part of a team or as an individual (must be self-motivated) have a can do attitude, be able to adhere to deadlines and get tasks done when asked for, and above all else a drive to continuously improve and the ability to adapt to various scenarios. Excellent communication skills Customer service experience To have hands-on practical experience in maintenance operations within the context of the health & leisure industry. Role and Responsibilities: Excellent communication and Customer Service Skills with our Members Liaise with Senior Management and Heads of Departments. Assisting in the day-to-day maintenance of the Club building and areas under the Clubs control including all machinery, lighting, electrical appliances, plumbing and drainage, heating, and air conditioning.
