The Lodge At Cloudcroft is looking for a Hotel Front Desk Agent with a friendly and welcoming disposition to serve as our guests' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Responsibilities Include : * Welcoming Guests upon Arrival * Answering phones in a fast paced environment * Registering/Checking Out Guests * Managing Reservations *Dates of Stay *Payment Information *Type of Accommodation Guest Requires * Providing Information about Rooms, Rates and Amenities * Liaise with Staff and other Professionals * Provide Information about Our Hotel History and Amenities for Guests Touring our Hotel * Respond to Guest Complains in a Professional Manner * Process Request Forms * Data Entry * Light Office Cleaning/ Lobby Tidying/ Coffee Service * Daily Audits of Hotel Skills: * Ability to work in a fast paced business setting with heavy phone inbound and outbound calls * Process requests quickly and efficiently * Processing and notating data paperwork * Open/Close a shift * Follow procedures and checklists * Ability to work without supervision * Ability to work well and assist co-workers Shifts: Night Audit 2 nights a week3 Morning Shifts and/or Evening Shifts Pay : $15/hr Benefits : * Paid Time Off * Sick Time * Dental/Vision Insurance * Holiday Pay * Discounts Around the HotelPowered by JazzHR
